The Pilotiq CMS — editor, schema builder, diff-approval UI, Brand Hub, GitHub connection, content API — is open source and free to self-host, forever.

Paid plugins (agent library, AI orchestration layer, media library) are opt-in:

  • BYO key — use your own Anthropic / OpenAI / provider key against the open-source CMS.
  • Hosted preview — run paid plugins on a real site without committing to a paid plan.
  • Hosted plan — fully managed, no infrastructure to operate.

The repo URL goes here once the open-source release ships.
