Bahaa Khateeb
Previously founded Arincen, a financial education and trading platform. Bahaa lived the pain Pilotiq solves before he ever wrote a line of code for it. He leads product, growth, and the hardest conversations.
We believe the next generation of companies won’t be run from dashboards — they’ll be run from an operating layer where AI sees everything, suggests what matters, and executes when you approve.
Pilotiq is that layer.
Pilotiq started inside another company.
While building Arincen — a financial education and trading platform — we hit the same wall every small SaaS team hits. Data scattered across CRM, BI tools, Monday, Google Ads, Meta, GitHub, social channels, customer support. Decisions delayed by hours of manual reporting. Content, SEO, and documentation always behind. 500 articles that needed updating, refreshing, and keeping on-brand — with no realistic way to do it without burning the team out. A team of 10 doing the work of 30, and still missing the signals that mattered.
We didn’t need another dashboard. We needed something that thought with us — that pulled all the noise into one place, told us what to do, and did the boring parts itself.
That something didn’t exist. So we built it.
Pilotiq is what we wished we’d had at Arincen — now built for every founder fighting the same battle.
Most tools show you data. Pilotiq acts on it. We connect every source your business already runs on into one layer. AI agents analyze the full picture, suggest decisions in plain language, and either execute automatically or wait for your approval. You stay in control. The work gets done.
Plug in the tools you already use — CRM, BI, project management, ads platforms, GitHub, social, support. Pilotiq becomes the layer everything reports into.
Agents read the full picture, surface what matters, and propose decisions in plain language — not charts you have to interpret.
Approve, reject, or let it run on autopilot. Every action is reviewable. You stay in control.
CMS + Brand Hub keep your voice consistent everywhere your company shows up.
Automated audits, fix recommendations, and ongoing monitoring across search and AI engines.
AI agents that write and update support articles and documentation as your product evolves.
CRM, BI, and marketing automation agents are next.
Pilotiq is led by two founders who lived the problem at their last company before turning it into a product.

The architect behind Pilotiq’s operating layer. Sulieman turns scattered data sources, AI agents, and execution logic into a system that actually works. If it ships, he built it.
We’re not naive about what this product does.
Pilotiq reduces costs. It replaces work that people are doing today — content writers, SEO specialists, support writers, technical writers. Some of those people will lose roles because of tools like ours. We’re not going to pretend otherwise, and we’re not going to hide behind language that softens it.
Two things can be true at the same time.
The first: we believe in this technology. We’re not building it reluctantly. We think it makes companies clearer, faster, and better run, and we’re proud of what we ship.
The second: every wave of technology creates new opportunities for the people it displaces — but only if someone actually cares about that part of the story. We do. The writers, specialists, and operators whose work changes because of tools like Pilotiq are not abstractions. They’re people with rent and families and careers they built honestly.
You cannot lead a company without empathy. You cannot build technology this powerful without owning what it means.
So here’s what we believe: build the future, and stay human while doing it. Support the technology with everything we have. Stay in solidarity with the people it disrupts with everything we have. Both, fully, at the same time.
That’s the company we’re trying to build.
