These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Arincen Ltd. (“Pilotiq”, “we”, “us”) and govern your use of the Pilotiq website, hosted product, paid plugins, and the open-source Pilotiq CMS (the “Service”).
Please read them carefully. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Pilotiq on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:
You retain ownership of everything you create or upload to Pilotiq — articles, brand assets, schemas, agent configurations, integrations, and outputs (“Your Content”).
You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, display, transmit, and process Your Content solely as needed to operate the Service for you. This license ends when you delete the content or terminate your account, except for backups that are removed on the schedule described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to upload and publish Your Content.
Pilotiq uses third-party AI models. Outputs from those models are surfaced as suggestions inside the diff-approval workflow, and nothing is published until you approve it.
Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. We will not charge you until day 15. You can cancel at any time during the trial without being billed.
The Pilotiq CMS itself — including the editor, schema builder, diff-approval UI, Brand Hub, GitHub connection, and content API — is open source. You may use, modify, and self-host it under the terms of the public repository’s license.
Our paid plugins (the agent library, the AI orchestration layer, and the media library) are not open source and are licensed only as part of a paid Pilotiq subscription, including under the Bring-Your-Own-Key model on a self-hosted CMS.
Pilotiq, our paid plugins, the Pilotiq name, logo, and visual identity are owned by Arincen Ltd. and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of these rights to you.
Feedback you send us about the Service is non-confidential and we may use it freely to improve the product.
Pilotiq integrates with third-party services (AI providers, GitHub, Google Drive, Stripe, Slack, and others). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or behavior.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pilotiq disclaims all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated output will be accurate or fit for any specific use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pilotiq, its affiliates, and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months immediately before the event that gave rise to the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations — in that case the limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.
You agree to defend and hold Pilotiq harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify account holders by email or in-product at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
We may also change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. We will give reasonable notice before discontinuing a feature that paid customers actively rely on.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of London, United Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where local consumer law gives you stronger rights.
